Why Me?

Choosing a coach or trainer is a big decision.

There is a myriad of options out there, so how do you choose?

If you're a regular person who wants to lose some unwanted pounds? Maybe you want to gain some muscle or increase your stamina or just move better. Well then you still want a coach and trainer that is educated in those areas. Obviously, I'm bidding for your business. So why should you choose me?

I have the right education and perspective. I've received my certifications from one of the top tier educators in the fitness space. Certifications are a box that must be checked; however, an educated trainer isn't that hard to find. I also have perspective. I know what it's like to struggle to gain progress, I know what it's like to crave the foods that we're "not supposed to eat". I know what it's like to struggle with motivation to get into the gym. I also understand how to make progress in the direction you want without being a slave to an excessively rigid eating and training routine. That is all to say I'm a normal person, with the right answers. If I don't know the right answer, I'll figure it out. I was drawn into this field because I know the value it holds, and I want to help others develop a good relationship with fitness.
