Hey, I'm Tanner!

I tried for years to get in shape, but I was going about it all wrong. Every time I tried, I made the same mistake- leaning too heavily on cardio, cutting calories to low and not prioritizing protein. When I got things figured out it was like seeing a puzzle that was finally complete.

Through the process of figuring out these key elements I've delved into books, YouTube, podcasts, online articles and websites. I found myself sharing what I learned with anyone who was interested. This motivated me to formalize my education through NASM an industry leading educator in the fitness space.

Finding fitness has changed my life. I've always loved being active in the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, riding horses, camping, hiking, chasing my kids around and occasionally a little snowmobiling. Increasing my fitness has made all of my favorite outdoor pursuits easier and more enjoyable. I'd love the opportunity to help you get the most out of your favorite outdoor endeavors.
