What does an online fitness coach do?

I provide guidance and support to help you reach your goal. By providing workout programing and nutritional advice with a sustainable approach you will learn the tools that you can apply every day to take your fitness into your own hands. People who have someone to check in with, providing accountability, have a statistical advantage over those that don't. When accountability is paired with a knowledgeable guide the sky is the limit! Essentially, I can help you understand which route to take and which to avoid as well as help you celebrate your success along the way.

What can I eat?

Anything you want! Ok let's walk that back. I am not an advocate of any one particular diet i.e. keto, vegan, paleo, carnivore, Mediterranean, fasting or the like. while those diets may have an application at a specific time and place, they can end up being overly restrictive and hard to adhere to over time. That is why I advocate for a more well-rounded approach that encompasses all food groups. My first few steps nutritionally are to add to the diet rather than take away.

Do I need Equipment?

Results can be achieved with anything from a full gym down to zero equipment.

what kind of workouts are involved?

I believe strongly that emphasis should be placed on weight training. My clients don't usually start off with any cardio in there program even for fat loss. I will be providing weightlifting and mobility focused workouts, later down the road if a client has specific goals related to cardio we can always add if wanted or needed.
